I placed an order one evening and decided to go down a size, so emailed Customer Services the next day. I received a prompt response and my order was corrected to the new sizing and dispatched quickly. I'm 3 weeks post MCL surgery and wearing the knee sleeve daily for support and healing. Too early to tell if the science works, but this sleeve is far superior to over the counter supports and I would definitely recommend this company and their products.
